Gwyneth used to be a follower of the macrobiotic diet but after having her children she stopped following it so strictly, though she still eats very healthily and loves organic foods best.

For exercise Gwyneth has always been a fan of yoga and regularly attends classes. She also takes walks with her children and more recently she has been spotted surfing, which is great for the legs
