wigs on occasion, Katy Perry finally took the plunge and went for
the full blue effect in early 2012.
For Katy's fab blue hue you

 Going all-out blue can be a little
much, unless you want to wig-out like Katy Perry; but dip-dye looks like Kate

Out at the Golden Globes it
most definitely looked a lilac shade - and a very pretty one at
that. Just love how the lilac is streaking through her blonde at the
back.

To achieve her style, begin by
applying some setting lotion to damp hair - this will help the style
hold.
Create a slightly off-centre
parting and blow-dry smooth using a round brush.
Using a large-barrel curling iron, take
large sections of hair at a time and wrap them under and away from the face.
You can also achieve the look with large rollers if you prefer.
Brush the style to finish and secure with
a mist of hairspray.

It's not a common color for people to go, but you can't deny, Hayley Williams'
locks bring a true touch of sunshine to brighten any place.
If you'd love to try Hayley's color, the vivid orange look
