Jennifer keeps in shape by doing lots of vigorous exercising, she says "I really have to work to keep those muscles firm. I do a lot of cardiovascular work, like biking, plus weight machines." She also does a lot of tough dance routines.

Jennifer likes to eat healthily but she finds it hard as traditional Latin foods - which are packed with loads of fat and sugar - are her faves. To make sure she eats the right things she reveals "I have a fridge doctor who cleans out all my high carb and fatty Cuban food and replaces it with high protein turkey breast meatballs and Soya shakes."

Another way she avoids temptation is by planning her meals a week in advance. Every week she devises her menu plan for the next seven days, which helps her cut down on impulse snacking and makes sure her meals are healthy and balanced.
