Kate's come to bed look has been her signature style for the past few years. She's stuck with the style because it suits her, it's easy and it goes with almost any outfit.

Color - Sark blonde base with lots of layers and highlights in various shades of light and golden blondes.

Suits - Almost anyone but if your hair is naturally very curly or wavy this will be hard to maintain.

For this look you should towel dry your hair, after washing it and add a little smoothing cream, running it right through the length of your hair.

Dry your hair and encourage a few kinks and natural waves to appear, using a brush, comb, or even your fingers if you have to. Once dry spray a mist of some glossing spray over your hair. Create a not too perfect centre parting and you're ready to go.

When Kate decided to get her hair cut into an elfin crop, she started a new craze, which not only affected her followers, but also a whole load of celebrities too.

Color - A mid to dark brown shade, with a rich golden overtone.

Suits - People with good features and people who have the confidence to carry it off.

For this style take in a picture of Kate and show your hairdresser what you'd like.

To style you'll need to add a little height, as this look won't be good, if it's flat. Add some volumising cream or mousse to damp hair and run it through. Blow dry using a round brush and really lift at the crown.

Once dry arrange your hair into a style you're happy with, leaving some choppier pieces over your forehead and tucking a little behind your ears, to achieve Kate's cute look.
