The Zone Diet
This diet claims to boost energy, take away hunger and delay the aging process by making sure your body gives its best performance.
Each Meal has a ratio of 40%Carbs 30%Protein 30%Unsaturated fats.
What's for Dinner-You could have four and a half ounces of crab meat, a small salad, an apple, half a pita bread and one table spoon of mayonnaise. Then for a night time snack your allowed to have 6 peanuts, an ounce of turkey and a cup of strawberries.
Pros- The low calorie intake of the diet means you just have to lose weight if you stick to it.
Cons- To work out the ratios you'd have to carry a set of scales around with you every where and be really good at maths.
Exercises- Sarah likes to do yoga and she's also keen on ballet, which keeps her toned and in shape.
