There has been so much controversy over Nicole's weight in the last few months but Nicole insists she is till healthy. There have been many rumours of eating disorders but there have also been many photos of Nicole having some junk food treats, such as snow cones, hot dogs and chips. Perhaps Nicole's secret is all in moderation - meaning she can eat whatever she likes, just not tons of it. So if she gets a craving for some chips she'll have some but won't eat a whole bag, just a few.

Nicole has also admitted that she fits in a cardio session whenever possible. Cardio sessions are great for the whole body and because it gets your heart rate up cardio exercises are also great for keeping you fit.
