Jessica's Daisy Duke Diet
When her waist was measured for the first costume fitting of Dukes of Hazard Jessica's waist measured 26 inches. Two months later it was a teeny 23. The secret to Jessica's inch loss was thanks to trainer Michael Alexander.
Michael gave Jessica a regime of two hour exercise sessions, at least five times a week. These sessions included lots of cardio work, plus some strength training too.
Jessica's exercises included -
Bicep curls, reverse lunges, forward lunges, running, plus of course warm-ups and cool down exercises too.
In addition to the exercise Jessica also ate a diet that consisted of high protein foods and low carbs. So, her fave foods, like fried chicken, were off the menu and were instead replaced with lean chicken breast, grilled and accompanied by steamed vegetables.

Jessica's Latest Diet Regime
After Dukes of Hazard Jessica gave up her regime and recently came under some media scrutiny in April for gaining a little weight but Jessica wouldn't let critics get her down. She's now hired a new trainer Harley Pasternak and his regime showed quick results on Jessica, who's reported to have lost 25lbs in the short time between April and June.
Harley's regime allows Jessica 1300 calories per day but she still gets to eat 5 meals a day, so she doesn't get hungry and still stays healthy.
An Example of Jessica's new 5 A Day Diet
Breakfast - Omelette made from egg whites, some Ezekiel toast
Mid Morning Snack - Apple Wedges
Lunch - Chicken and cucumber salad
Afternoon Snack - A mini sized pepperoni pizza
Dinner - Sweet potato mash with some grilled fillet mignon and asparagus

As well as her new diet Jessica has also be spotted going to and from the gym a lot recently and is often spotted with a bottle of fruity Fuze in her hand - a low calorie, energy boosting drink. Jessica likes the Fuze Slenderize range.
